SEW-ON-THE-LINE™ – 2011-2012

Designed by Annis Clapp.

The paper templates for these blocks were inspired by half-square triangle paper. Simply cut rectangle pieces of fabric the size of a sheet of paper, layer, pin, sew on the dashed lines, press to set seams, cut on the solid lines, press seams to one side or open depending on the block, and tear the paper away. The paper is easy to remove and your blocks will be accurate every time. General instructions include detailed steps for each block design. Cutting instructions and a photo are included for the paper lantern. Use these blocks for existing patterns or design your own.
